For 30+ years Pauline has been a professional designer in the Omaha area and far beyond.  During that time, she staged dozens of model homes, two Street of Dreams homes and worked with innumerable clients on their private residences in Nebraska, California, Colorado, and Arizona.

She was the Director of Operations for Southfork Homes for over 20 years.  Her hands on experience with construction from the ground up has given her the knowledge to help you on any design project.  Whether it be a new build home, remodel project or a single room.

Pauline was also a realtor for many years and helped families sell their old homes while guiding them through the process of looking for their perfect next home.

Along the way, she studied Feng Shui with Terah Kathryn Collins, author of The Western Guide to Feng Shui.  Pauline has been a certified consultant since 1998. She incorporates the philosophy and concepts of intentional design for living your best life.

Then, in early 2011, a longtime client sent Pauline to Colorado Springs to pick a new home for their family.  While there, a realtor suggested she check out the consignment furniture stores. WOW, what a concept!  That was how The Posh Peacock Consignment Gallery began.

The store served the Omaha community for 13 years by helping families, attorneys, and banks to disperse family estates.  Pauline personally assessed values to every item that came into the store which amounts to thousands of pieces of home décor, furniture, antiques, and original art.  Her customers were then able to purchase high quality, gently used furniture and home décor at a fraction of new purchase prices. 

She’s excited to start this new journey and looks forward to seeing old clients and meeting new ones.
